Great tried and true advice that helps
I am a doctor, and bought this book. It has lots of good, advice that many over look. I treated my mothers ear infection with garlic oil and this book has it. They have a very high deductable, it was late one weekend and I am finishing my residency so cannot Rx yet. It is also cheaper than buying antibiotics. Has good advice, which is tried and true. So try these things when you first get a problem. May save you a trip to see me in the future. (I am training in family medicine and its important to not forget easy simple prevention and cures in 20th century medicine)

I found this book plain and usual - I was hoping for updated suggestions, I will keep the book, but it really is not the help I was looking for.
