Great recipes
This book has worked out great with the new ronco rotisserie I bought for Christmas. It has a lot of different types of meals and everyone that I have tried so far has turned out awesome. The book and the rotisserie put together make cooking a breeze. It has even brought the rest of the family together. Each week someone will pick a different recipe out of the book and try their hand at cooking. So far everything has turned out great!!!
Recipes lengthy and require unusual ingrediets
This cookbook has interesting recipes for my new rotisserie, but many appear to have ingredients I just don't have on my shelves, and I cook a lot of unusual dishes. Also, I was looking for quicker menus to put together, after all, it isn't just for my health that I wanted my rotisserie. There seems to be a lot of prep time for many recipes. I will use the book for some things, but "The Ultimate Rotisserie Cookbook" is more to my liking.

I really like this book. I have owned a rotisserie oven for a few years, this book gives me new ideas of using the oven. It includes recipes for chicken, turkey, beef roast, pork roast, and RIBS (p.115to 120, 4 recipes, not quite sure why the other customer said it doesn't)
Where's the ribs?
Ribs, either pork or beef, were not covered in this book. I needed a timetable for ribs as well as some marinades.
