The DietMinder is a deluxe food diary with plenty of room to record quantities and food counts (calories, fat, carbs, protein, etc.) of breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks. A special area for daily totals makes it easy to see at a glance how you are doing. Each "day" consists of two pages with space for exercise details, too. There are other helpful sections in the book such as the Favorite Foods listing which provides food counts on over 100 common foods and has space to add your own favorite food information. This is great already I lost five pounds. I just took a trip and did not take my book. I keeps you mindful of eating properly Listing and plainning how and what to eat, everyday.

I like the idea of this book, however, the space you are given to write down what you eat is too small. I find myself trying to squeeze in my food choices. I think the columns for calories etc. could have been a little more narrow which would maybe give a little more line to the food items. Same thing with the exercise section, there just isn't enough room to thoroughly log in your activity. I actually would love this book in a regular spiral notebook size. All in all this is a nice little book for tracking your food and activity, if you can write very small!!!

diet minder book rock! its easy to fill out and it has a spiral bind so you can fold and write on both sides...this by far is this best journal you could ever have..THE BEST!
I love this book!
I am now on my 6th or 7th book. It is a great help while dieting and exercising. It really helps to write down everything you eat and drink during the day, and this book is perfect for that. I've tried writing it down in just a plain notebook, but I find that filling this in helps me keep track better than just writing things down. Plus the place where you have to note how you did for the day really helps me to feel like i've accomplished something!

I am totally in love <3 with this journal. The journal is really well consturcted, easy to use, and also easy to carry along with you in your purse or bag! With me being the lifelong dieter that I am ..... I think that it will be really good tool for me to look back on my history of dieting to access what worked, and what did not work. Some people like to make spread sheets, or use little nifty programs on their iPhones, or Blackberries.... but I am an old fashioned girl .... I like to write stuff down!! I loved this journal so much that I already have 2 new ones.... just waiting to be used.
