Customer Response

ALL-CLAD BAKEWARE IS THE BEST!
We understand that All-Clad was originally manufactured to meet the rigorous demands of professional chefs. While I'm far from a professional in the kitchen, I can certainly appreciate the high quality of this bakeware.

We've found this loaf pan to be perfect for not only breads and cakes but also our favorite meat loaf. Especially impressive is the way a rich nut filled chocolate cake can be easily removed from this pan. In the past, I had to serve the cake in the baking pan because it always crumbled when I tried to remove it. Not so with All-Clad! Of course, loaves of white bread seem to simply slip out.

The gold color is very attractive and cleaning is a breeze. When All-Clad says non-stick they really mean it. Metal utensils aren't a no-no as they are with some other high end baking or cooking pans.

Someday, we hope all of our pans will be All-Clad!

Expensive but Worth It
I own these & use them frequently. Before baking, I prepare the pans by oiling them very lightly; breads are easy to unmold. I love being able to use metal utensils with the stick-resistant surface. Clean-up is a breeze. I use a nylon brush, then follow up with a sponge. I expect these pans to last a lifetime.
