Easy to read, easy to use
Measuring skinfolds isn't easy as I'm finding out. But it's not that tough
either. it just takes a bit of practice.
Forget those fancy electric gadgets that claim they can measure bodyfat.
They can't.
You have to do it the proper way.
There are tons of videos on Youtube that will show you how to measure skinfolds
correctly with a caliper.
This caliper is pretty easy to use and after some practice you'll get it.
This was reccomended to me and I'm very happy with it.

Good Basic Calipers
Great basic skin fold calipers for the price. This is all that just about anyone interested in tracking their body composition will ever need. Much more reliable than electrical impedance gizmos, especially for anyone with some athleticism.

I ordered these for a relative in mexico. Where they can cost up to 50 bucks. I do not know the quality of the others.. But its good enough.

Slim Guide Review
Product was what I expected. Processing and shipment were fast and met my expectations. It is easy to use although for the best reading you have to be willing to let another person take measurements at various body points in order to be accurate and clearly read the needle.

Well Worth It!
While the calipers that cost 300 are amazing if you can afford them. This does a great job for assesments as long as you use the same method each time you will get back a pretty accurate result. The instructions that come with are junk though. If you go to a good website that tells you testing sites and helps calculate the outcomes for you, you will have a more accurate test. Only recommend for those that NOT obese as you will not get an accurate test result.
