WORKS GREAT
This is not a wonder drug that you take when you have the flew and poof your better. There is no such thing.

If you take this once a day and/or just follow the instruction when you feel a cold coming on it makes a huge difference. You don't need to take once a day, but they work great as a multivitamin. I find the daily zinc you get helps your immune system fight off colds as well as other stuff

The proof is in the ingredients. Yes you don't need to take these, the right multivitamin would do just as good. I like this personally because they offer a lot, taste good and don't upset my stomach.

Its a multi vitamin, that's all. The vitamins work to boost your immune system. I like this product and use it all the time. Honestly I went over two years without getting sick, taking this stuff, until last winter I got a bad cold which unfortunately lasted two weeks. Nothings perfect though and the product has proven itself to me.

I still use this as a multivitamin and I help reduce colds. I strongly recommend it for anyone looking for something like this. Much better than Zicam.

On the other hand
the clinical trialS, i've done on my body show it works. No more 5 day colds. Taken religiously, and yes throw in some zinc and OJ and your cold will be cut in thirds-or never really start.

The truth is that there is no reliable clinical evidence that shows that Airborne is at all effective in reducing symptoms or preventing the common cold. The one "clinical study" performed, at the behest of the company, is of extremely dubious quality (and the link to this study is not even on the product's web site any longer). While I have met people who have said that Airborne helps them, this is almost certainly a placebo effect. If you wish to research this product, Scientific American, The New York Times, and the "Orac Knows" blog web sites have good articles on it, and a little digging will find many more. Zinc lozenges, on the other hand, do have some clinical data to back up their efficacy, so I would highly recommend that you spend your money there instead.
