Everything sticks to it!!!
I love green pans and healthy living, so I thought that this pan would be a great addition to what I already had. I was horribly disappointed! It worked well for only a few days, and then food started sticking to the pan. I used olive oil on the pan before placing the food in it, but that didn't help at all. In a few weeks, it became impossible to use the pan at all! Everything stuck to it! I washed it carefully by hand and used special utensils with it, so I know that I had nothing to do with the pan's problems. The purchase of this pan was a total waste of money!!

Excellent pan
We originally purchased the GreenGourmet set over a year ago. We added this pan and one other to our set and continue to love all of them. The clean up is incredibly easy. They seem to heat evenly and have shown no wear (note we follow directions and hand wash). The only very minor complaint I have is that the pan is heavy. That said, it is also quite large so I think that is to be expected for a high quality pan.

Love it
I've only had it a few days, but I'm very satisfied. It's solid, looks good, and works great. I've never used a normal non-stick pan out of concerns about chemicals. Making veggie burgers is much, much easier than with stainless steel.

Perhaps it will lose non-stick eventually, perhaps not. I also suspect that using it at high temps, against the recommendations, might be causing this for some users. In any case, for the price, it is a great deal.

Cuisinart GreenGourmet crepe pan
I love this pan. It is the perfect pan for frying two hamburgers as well as making crepes. It cleans up with warm water and a sponge, no sticking ever. I use it for omelets too and they come out perfect using no fat and also clean up great and easy.

Make me a bigger one!!
This is a great finish. Do wish it came in square and bigger, but it's the only"eco-friendly" one I could find. Don't even need to spray with anything. Hope they expand the line.
