This simple-to-use press creates perfect pastries -- easy as pie. Roll out your dough to the desired thickness. Use the flat edge of the press to cut dough to the perfect size. Turn the press over and place cut dough on teeth and form a well. Spoon your desired filling into the well. Moisten edges of the dough and fold the press to seal the pastry. Your creation is now perfectly crimped and ready to be baked, fryed or steamed.

VERY EASY AND FAST
I really love this empanada press, save me a lot of time and easy to use.

Both broke the first time out!
I bought 2 of these gadgets as I make pocket pies for my farmer's market. The very first time I used them they broke! I used a homemade pie dough and they snapped by the hinges. I figured it would be more expensive to ship them back then just throw them away. One positive is that the teeth do seal the pies together terrific. I was so disappointed... They are made with a pretty cheap plastic. Wish I could find something that is sturdier. Beware...
