COOKING UTENSILS
VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS SKILLET - TRIED ALL THE INSTRUCTIONS AND SUGGESTIONS AND FOLKS - FOOD DOES STICK AND VERY HARD TO CLEAN...

Worst skillet I ever had
This item is supposed to be "nonstick", but in fact this is the stickiest pan I've ever had - even those regular aluminum pans from my childhood were not that bad.
All food just gets glued to the skillet (even if you warm it up before, as recommended) and it is impossible to wash the skillet clean even after the first use (and given that you have to wash by hand, it is even more frustrating)
It is also impossible to return it to the seller once it was opened, so it was just a clear waste of money for me.

My favorite pan
I own mostly Calphalon nonstick cookware and this was my first hard anodized purchase.

This has become my favorite pan for cooking chicken, pork chops, and steak. It heats evenly and quickly. It browns the meat beautifully and releases the food well if you've cooked it properly. The pan is a good size for two people.

Now that I have a bigger family, I'll have to upgrade to a bigger size.

useful size
A little lighter than my other Calphalon commercial cook wear, but for the price, $32.00 from Amazon, a good buy and a very useful size for my needs.
